Woodify began in 2025 with a simple idea: make exceptional hardwoods easier to discover, buy, and enjoy.

After 25 years in IT, woodworking became my creative escape. What started with small projects in the garage quickly developed into a fascination with the material itself - the grain, color, figure, and character that make every species of wood different.

That passion became Woodify.

Today, Woodify is a family-owned hardwood and woodworking store based in Sun City, Arizona, serving hobbyists, makers, woodturners, furniture builders, and professional woodworkers locally and across the United States.

Our focus is selection. Woodify brings together an extensive collection of premium domestic and exotic hardwoods, from woodworking staples such as Walnut, Maple, Cherry and White Oak to distinctive species including Bocote, Purpleheart, Zebrawood, Wenge, Katalox, Bolivian Rosewood, Leopardwood and many more.

We offer lumber, turning stock, bowl blanks, project boards, thin stock, live-edge slabs and other carefully selected woodworking materials - with new species and sizes continually being added.

Wood is a natural material, and no two boards are exactly alike. That's part of what makes woodworking special.

We believe buying hardwood should be more than choosing a species from a generic catalog. Whether you're visiting our Arizona store or ordering online, our goal is to help you find wood with the color, grain, figure and dimensions that make your project exceptional.
